1 tablespoon brown sugar bourbon seasoning
1 1/2 lb salmon, skin removed
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Sprinkle seasoning over salmon and coat with spray. Combine syrup and barbecue sauce; divide sauce in half.
Grill fish 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until 145°F. Brush with one-half of sauce during last minute of grill time. Serve with remaining one-half sauce.
